Dapinder holds a Master's degree in Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University in India. She has special interests in treating and rehabilitating orthopaedic problems and sports injuries using a wide range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, taping, dry needling, clinical Pilates, and home exercise programs. Dapinder has over six years of international experience.

She also specialises in women’s health, conducting antenatal and postnatal exercise programs, and managing women's health issues such as incontinence. Additionally, she has a strong interest in falls and balance assessments, and in treating geriatric and neurological patients.

In her free time, Dapinder enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family.
